As you can see I am still fiddling around with WordPress. Love tinkering with it! There is so much to do.You can download all kind of plugins and fiddle around with the settings. Looooove it! Still not the best at it and the blog still has issues but the process has been so much fun.
Finally made the leap. I switched from Blogspot|Google to WordPress. This is the first month and am taking some time to make it all perfect so bear with me people. I have heard and read so much about WordPress and how much can be done with it so I am quite excited about everything.
But just like when you move into a new home, it is still a little messy. I still do not know where everything is and am still wranggling with the new landlord. It also means that I have been a little behind on my “Ugly Side of BaZi” articles but I do promise that I will continue blogging regularly once everything is set up properly. Of course it did not help that I decided to make the change in July in the Goat month. Too much Earth! Goat clashes with the year so you can imagine all the tiny little hiccups I have been having with this new installation.
But August is coming. The month of the Monkey should bring about clarity, clearer purpose and most of all- movement! So hopefully things are starting to move along!

Here I am.. drumming my fingers. Sighing.
I need to hand in some paperwork for an important project I am working on. Everything is done. I have double and triple checked everything. Covered all my bases. But what am I doing?
Waiting…
Waiting for the right date.
I know. I know. I should be whining about waiting for the Right Moment. I was the one that chose the best time and day using Date Selection. It is for the best and will improve my chances considerably.
But it still does not stop me from being anxious, impatient and (yes) whiny.
So all of you people out there that have to wait for the right time as per advise from your astrologer. I know how you feel. I am an astrologer but I too know how you feel.

P.s: Resolution- BLOG MORE.
Sorry everyone.
I have been buried in work. It is moving to the end of the year and there has been a massive influx of work! I have been struggling to catch up and have just about managed to bring some sanity to my workspace.
Something about the second half of the year. Perhaps many people want to know why has the year not been kind to them and has their expectations not been met. I also get a lot of questions regarding relationships. Summer romances gone wrong I guess… (Plus you have to factor in that the Earth Rat does bring a myriad of preach blossom related issues.)
Well… I am back on the wagon (blogging wagon that is) and pledge to stick.

Just wanted to update everyone since my post on my silly (but often adorable) pooch and her ambitions of becoming a miner.
As you may remember, my dog decided to have a go at the South sector of my home. (NOTE: South is afflicted with the Five Yellow star which can cause mishaps, accidents and overall serious bad luck). She dug TWO holes, each about the size of a small melon in the night. Naturally, I freaked out and quickly installed about as many Feng Shui cures. Good thing there was an auspicious date and time I could use quickly.
All things considered, I think I got of pretty much unscathed. I have a small scratch on my bumper from hitting a potted plant while parking and I did sprain my ankle a little. I have seen a lot worse. The Five Yellow this year is NOT to be trifled with. Some of my clients have had serious accidents and one even lost his job after the Five Yellow was activated.
So, morale of the story #1:
Teach your dog NOT to dig holes where it shouldn’t
And morale of the story#2:
Date Selection + Feng Shui Cures can weaken the ill effects of the Five Yellow
Technical note:
I chose a Success Day (which is an auspicious Day to start most activities which include installing Feng Shui Cures). It was a Ren Chen Day (Water Dragon Day) and it combined with the Month (August is Monkey) and the Year (2008 is Rat). It was what is known as a Water Combination- Shen Zi Chen (Monkey Rat Dragon Combination).
And as I mentioned before, a Good Date chosen correctly can go a long way. It will help anchor the auspicious Qi by connecting the Cosmic Trinity (Heaven, Earth and Man). The act of initiating on the correct day being the Man portion of the three.
For the cures, I used a brass tortoise, 6 coins and a pair of kei loons. You can never be too safe when it comes to the Five Yellow. And it looks like it did the trick!

So far so good. I think I may have managed to dodge the Five Yellow with the help of some powerful cures. I popped in a brass tortoise and another kei loon right after I found those freshly dug holes in my backyard. (If you are wondering what this is about, my dog dug up the South sector a few days ago. Check my past post on this).
I told my dog that if the Five Yellow really started to act up, she would be eating dried crackers for a month….

This morning I was enjoying my cup of coffee in my backyard when I stumbled upon hole in the garden. A hole in the ground right in the middle of the SOUTH SECTOR. First thing that raced into my mind was “The Five Yellow!”.
Apparently, my silly dog had been spending the better half of the night, playing archaeologist. No wonder she was hiding under the car!
(For those readers new to Feng Shui, the South Sector this year is afflicted with the Five Yellow. It is a form of malignant energy that can cause mishaps, accidents, injury and a multitude of other foul events. The bad vibes stay dormant unless activated by extreme movement, renovation and yes- ground breaking (digging!)
I immediately placed a few more cures around that area. I already have windchimes, coins and brass kei loons there. I am hoping for the best and if anything happens, you can be sure my dog will be the first to hear about it!
