Better Parenting with BaZi Astrology

Posted by admin on Monday, 16 March, 2009

This is a new series of post that focus on a very important aspect of ones life. Your children. So, you are getting BaZi reading for your career, love life and personal development, why not your kid right? Will a reading tell you what he will be when he grows up? Will it tell you how many grandchildren you will have?

Not quite. But then, what will you get out of a BaZi reading?

You will get an insight into your child’s personality without the veil of parental bias. You will learn what motivates them and what will not. You will learn the key strengths and weaknesses he or she will grow into. You will also have insights into your family dynamics- who will he or she be closer to. Who will influence them more? Who will he or she have a stronger bond and who will be get through to them better (not neceesarily the same thing).

But be warned… you may not like everything you hear. Parents usually sees the child through eyes that are obscured by their love for their child, their own belief system and their past experiences. Parents usually press on their children their own dreams and expectations. What you want for the child may not be the best for him or her.

The BaZi Astrology Calculator 1.0 BETA- Plotting the Four Pillars of Destiny made easy

People have been asking about the BaZi Astrology Chart from the Obama post. It was a snippet from the new programme from Dragon-Gate.com. It is for students, consultants and enthusiast of BaZi Chinese Astrology (Four Pillars of Destiny). Right now it includes the Stems & Branches of the natal chart & the luck pillars as well as the Shen Sha Stars (also known as the Gods and Killings Stars). The guys working on it tell me that there is a lot more to come and that this is just the BETA version.

Here is Obama’s full chart:

One really useful thing that they have done is to include a mobile version. I do not have a fancy IPhone that allows me to view the regular chart, so the mobile version is very useful on the go (with my trusty Blackberry).
